Achievements

The Firm has litigated numerous cases to verdict and judgment and has also handled a number of successful appeals in both State and Federal Court, including the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In October 2002, a jury awarded one of the Firm's clients a significant jury verdict of $495,000.00 in an action under the American with Disabilities Act. Although the trial court vacated the jury's verdict, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated the jury's verdict in full.
